This cake was commissioned to me by a friend for his friend and colleague (who is becoming dad seems clear to me, no?); Train together the National Women's Rugby and since that the team was in retreat in Benevento, also brunette with dark chocolate ganache has made a nice trip!
If nothing else, I am certain that my cakes stand up ... :-))))
