Hello to everyone in the meeting of '02.08.2010 it was decided to initiate the purchase of pasta brand IRIS provider ASTRA. To Bio Ltd. the order, use the file I sent you on 11 February with their lists.

the meeting, with regard to the pasta, we decided to use the list CATERING (pack of 5 kg. To be divided between us), while for other products, considering the quantities that we are going to order, I would say to use the list "at least 10 pieces", this also in virtue of the fact that some products like flour and tomatoes, are produced in standard packages (1kg and 340g respectively).

fact remains that if we want, we could buy the flour in bags of 25 kg instead for a better order management and transportation of the goods, the total of the products, packages should not be split.

Then, once you place your order, you need to add / remove the amount of product needed to have the whole package (1 package = tot. Qty per box).

Also, if you agree, I thought that since the pasta in conf. 5 Kg, for easier distribution, would be better to create micro groups that can divide among themselves the various products.

The order will close on Sunday 21/02/10 and the delivery of goods will be delivered by the supplier after about 15 days of the order, while the payment to the supplier must be made within 10 days. about receiving the goods, transport costs are around 15 € instead of using the pallet about 40 boxes.

Hello everyone
As some of you have suggested, we would still try to make an order organic farm Marisa Ferrari. I remind you a bit 'modes:

• making up about 10 kg contains: 10 steaks, ribs 5, 1 roast, 2 bags of ground coffee, 4 Swiss, 2 bags of stew, a pork chop soup, 2 pieces of real cut, 2 pieces brisket, 2 bone holes. The price is € 11.00 euro per kg.
• ability to add the package of pork, about 3 kg, which contains: 4 pork chops, pork loin with a piece of bone, 10 ribs. The price is € 8.00 euro per kg.
• if you want more cuts, there is the list I have attached in the previous mail;
• the cost of delivery is € 50.

Marisa currently has no other pending orders in the province of Milan, and has proved willing to lower the minimum order of 15 packs of beef compared to the initial 20. Will our heroes reach the hight of 15? In this way affect the delivery of € 3.40 a pack.

Some clarification sent to the Dairy fill out the order form

First, the speech, for products to cut the amount in grams and its price.

probably have not explained the issue well, this is
indicate the amount of these cheeses, the weight in grams (which is why at the start line is "g") and the minimum denomination is 100 gr.
The price shown at the left refers to the minimum and then cut the price of 100 gr. product.
To avoid misunderstandings I re-edit the model in the price in "kg" is always the rule to indicate the amount in grams (100, 200, etc.. up to 1000, 1500 etc.. etc...)
To order more of the same product at the cutting state: 2 x 300, 3 x 500 etc.. or, if pieces of different weight 300 + 200 etc..

In the case of products we are not interested in cutting the final total of the line but the specification of each column. We know that if you put an asterisk by writing for example 2 * 300, excel does not calculate the exact final total, but as I said this is not what we need to prepare in order to cut the cheese case.

As for product weights "fixed" specified in description to esermpio: 300 sv grain, ricotta 300 gr., Caciottine 500 gr. etc.. etc.. just enter the number corresponding to the number of parts to be ordered without another word (do not put so for example: no., pc. etc.. etc..) because in this case, we need the exact total for the product to know
For example, how should I prepare sv 300 grit.
